The 13th Most Beautiful Man of the Century. I had no idea who this guy was when I first saw this card, but
I knew he had to be important to merit that much photo-retouching. Later, it occurred to me that I really should find out who he is before including him in the Archive.A web search turned up the ROSSAN0 BRAZZI INTERNATIONAL
NETWORK. The first thing I noticed was that his first name was spelled with a zero at the end. Reading on, I found that he was a famous Italian actor in the 1950s, and that he recently came in 13th in a "Most Beautiful Man Of
The Century" contest in Italy, and "there is a delicious chicken recipe named after him." That was enough for me. If you want to know more, you'll have to find his site yourself. I won't burden you with it. (Hint:
search on "Rossan0") [Ed. note: We´ve been notified that Rossano´s name is actually spelled with an "o" at the end, and his web site has recently been changed to reflect this.] Discovered by: Vern Philips, in Mombasa, KenyaCaption: "Rossano Brazzi." Credits: Rotalcolor |
