Happy Presidents' Day, Bill Wouldn't you love to see Monica pop out of a cake wearing this thing to
surprise Bill at the White House Presidents' Day celebration? Sure, it would run into some money. Cigars aren't cheap, and I hate to think what it would cost to cover Monica in Macanudos. John McCain probably couldn't afford it,
