Is this where the term "balking" originated? Can´t you just see Ed and Eloise beaming with pride at this
thing, and wondering if they´d have to hire bouncers and put up velvet ropes on the sidewalk to control the salivating crowds it would attract to their little restaurant?Ed was a canny advertiser. He probably figured there
